IN THE MAKING is a book about revolutionary commerce and art that seeks
not to overturn or over-run anything, but to turn it all right-side-up. The
book is a compelling series of sagas and anecdotes of outstanding successes
and successful failures of people who do the right thing in the right way.
It's about people who are driven by a love of wise enterprise and enduring
beauty, and who value at their core the Inexplicable Great Mystery that drives
any endeavor, human or otherwise.

products are characterized by the following OtherWise ideal:
Unquestionable excellence, artistry and innovation, heartwarming decency (menschkeit), resounding commercial success (even for a while), a working relationship with the Great Invisible.
